AUSTRALIA 

  • Free express shipping option at checkout for all purchases above $200 in Australia. Excludes Atoir x Rozalia Re-Edition Warehouse Sale styles. 
  • $15 flat rate express shipping option for all purchases under $200 in Australia.
  • We are currently partnered with Australia Post for all standard and express shipments in Australia.

  • On Demand Delivery - DHL Express shipping offers free in flight delivery options via SMS/email. These options include the following:

- Leave in a safe place 

- Change delivery date

- Leave with neighbour, concierge or guard

- Collect from service point or locker

- Deliver to alternate address 

- Vacation hold

  • Any delays caused by the shipping company are outside of our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the shipping companies, and may vary depending on locations.

DISPATCH

Your ATOÌR order will be dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Orders will only be dispatched Monday - Friday, and orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday in the state of Victoria, will be dispatched the next business day. Please note, during holiday and sale periods, be delays in dispatch time may be experienced.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from ATOÌR you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ATOÌR. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise before refunding the order total.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, a pick-up card should be left and your parcel will be waiting for you at your local post office.

 

RETURNS POLICY

If something isn't quite right, we are happy to offer a refund, credit or exchange in accordance with this returns policy. Please note that the online return request option expires after 14 days of receiving your order. 

  • Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes.
  • Full priced items discounted with a promotional code are eligible for a refund, and are not classified as a marked down, sale item.
  • A return request must be made within 14 days of order receipt. Please note that in the event of shipping delays, contact us and we will endeavour to process your return outside of this time frame. 
  • Returns must be received within 7 days of a return request being lodged.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are payable by the customer.
  • We recommend obtaining a tracking number as proof of shipment in the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit. ATOÌR will not be responsible for any returns which are lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
  • If the item is faulty, ATOÌR will offer to repair, replace or refund the value of the item plus delivery charges.

REFUND TENDER

Refunds will be returned to you in the manner you paid for the item (debit or credit card). Any items purchased using an ATOÌR credit or voucher, will be returned as an ATOÌR credit.

Every endeavour is made to ensure returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation at the time your return is received, and again once your return has been processed. Please allow up to five business days for a refund to be visible within your account.

  • Store credits have no expiry

3. Select the items you wish to return

4. Choose your method of return

5. Pack your items in their original condition with tags attached 

6. Post the items back to us
